My first day at El Camino College

Let me tell you guys about today. Today was really good. First , when my mom dropped me off at El Camino i went straight to the Student Lounge to speak with a counselor. I waited in this LONNNG line just to print out ONE of my emails. So after i finally print out my email for waiting in line for 25 minutes ,guess what, i had to wait another 40 minutes. Now you guys are probably thinking OK, so how was your day good then. This is how all of that waiting didn't matter no more. after i spoke with the counselor she told me that i need to get to my class right away. This is honestly the best class i have ever had. I am talking a clothing construction class and my professor is great. She has been with the highest of people in the fashion world and many more celebrities that fall between the lines of J-lo and Beyonce. So I'm really excited to have this class...OH YEAAAHH.. we are also gonna be going to FASHION WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH BABY! I'M JUST TO EXCITED ,but to all of my followers out their i definitely will TRY to keep you guys updated every Monday and Wednesday to let you guys know how the classes are going!Now i cant make to many promises because I'm dealing with a lot right now. I am literally juggling between high school and college , but definitely stay tunes. I have to go do my homework right now...{OOHHH BY THE WAY} my homework is to get five things that inspire and motivate me to become what ever i want to be in life and design a nice little box to put these things in as a reminder to keep focus and achieving my goals.

Becoming Lean ,but Gaining

Hello Everyone,

As you all may know i have been really working out and eating very healthy ,but I'm confused about something. i recently stepped on the scale and it was 3 pounds more than what it was. Now i was kind of taken aback ,but i didn't freak out to bad. I know Ive been doing a lot of intense workouts and eating healthy so i really did question the weight that it displayed on the scale monitor. So being very Aaron-ish i hopped on Google. I get on Google for everything;its the best search engine invented. Back to what i was saying, so i got on Google and I looked up " Loosing inches, but gaining pounds" and i got the answer that i had been expecting. Prior to looking it up i knew that muscle weighs 3 pounds more than body fats. So for example, if i loose 6 pounds and gained 2 pounds of muscle it will replace those six pounds i lost. so the scale will look the same and my body will show results. That also answers my question about weight loss commercials the people that are on the commercial always say how many inches they lost of their waist oppose to saying how many pounds they lost.I know for sure that i myself is really thinning out. And what i really love about gaining that extra muscle from power training is that when i do my Cardio, i burn much more calories than if i wasn't gaining muscle. The more calories burned the more fat go!ill keep you all posted on how I'm doing with all of my fitness endeavors! Hey Guys,

I know its been a while since i actually wrote a blog ,but i just been so busy lately. Ive been going to the gym everyday! Ill post some pictures of that later, but yeah, ill try my best to write more often. So let me tell you all whats been going on in my life. So i haven't been writing my book either lately, i guess Ive been slacking a little. Your probably wondering OK if you haven't been on the Internet or writing your book then what are you doing. Well like i said Ive been really doing extreme workouts because i was trying to get my body right for my vacation in San Diego,however, i just recently found out that we aren't going anymore after 3 long weeks of extreme workouts and excitement, but i doesn't matter to me anyway because it was really for a 8 year old child's birthday. Here is the freaking kicker though. Instead of going to San Diego Sea World he wants to go to freaking Johns "Incredible" Pizza. I tell you about kids these days.So that's whats been going on. Once again, Ill try my best to write more and also what are some of y'all Favorite T.V. shows that's out right now? I spend a night over my cousins house every Thursday to watch Real Housewives of Atlanta. Its really good. My favorite girl is Sheree! I like her,shes great! Well I have to go now!
